KeyPlants delivered the design and construction of a new building adjacent to an existing biologics production facility. The project scope included cleanrooms in Grade D (147 sqm) with ATEX classification, installation of process equipment and clean utilities with tie-ins to existing systems, and implementation of automation solutions. The new facility and its equipment were fully integrated with the client’s existing surveillance and control systems to ensure seamless operation and compliance with regulatory standards.

The delivery encompassed the complete project lifecycle — from Conceptual and Basic Design through Detailed Design, Installation, Commissioning, and Qualification. This ensured full alignment with the client’s process requirements and operational objectives.
