Rapid external modular expansion of an existing vaccine bulk manufacturing facility. The 4-story modular building (1,500 m2/16,150 SF) with integrated cold room and buffer preparation process areas has been designed and delivered in 13 months. All design was done in a 3D model, off-site fabrication and commissioning were performed at our factory during the COVID19 restrictions in 2020-2021, all review meetings with the client were held via digital technology.
