Lukas Vikander is Automation Engineer at KeyPlants. He has a background in chemical engineering and worked for several years with both theoretical plant design and hands on plant commissioning. His interest for artificial intelligence started several years ago when he was asked to build a data driven model of a chemical reactor, the project showed that it was not possible to build with traditional mathematics but rather deep learning methods.
