As Front End Design Director, he leads global design teams, utilising his deep understanding of process engineering and facility design. With his visionary approach and innovative solutions, Fredrik ensures KeyPlants' clients receive designs that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

David has nearly 25 years' experience in the global life science industry, working in clinical development, contract manufacturing, and facility design, build, and operations. As a successful sales and marketing leader, he brings a commercial mindset and customer-centric approach that drives KeyPlants' commercial initiatives. In his role as Head of Sales and Marketing, David leads the company's business development and marketing functions, delivering value to clients through innovative solutions and exceptional service.

Johan is an accomplished professional, with almost 30 years of experience in project management, leading project steering groups, and overseeing project managers. He has extensive experience in technically advanced modular offsite manufacturing projects worldwide. As a key member of KeyPlants, Johan leads a team of project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting agreed requirements. His expertise in project management, change management, and cost control, make him an invaluable asset to our clients.

Niklas has more than 20 years of experience of modular projects for the life science and offsite. He has extensive experience in technically advanced modular offsite manufacturing projects worldwide.

As Head of Engineering, he leads design teams, utilizing his deep understanding of process engineering and facility design. His many years of knowledge to lead a production and engineering organization makes him an invaluable asset in the execution of our projects.

After working for over 15 years in procurement, supply chain, and operations management, Christian is a highly experienced leader who plays a vital role at KeyPlants. He oversees all procurement activities, ensuring that our vendors are aligned with KeyPlants’ commitment to sustainability. Christian's leadership and expertise drive KeyPlants' procurement excellence, also our sustainable procurement efforts. These enable seamless integration, ultimately delivering added value to clients.

Ann-Catrin is an experienced quality professional with an academic background and 10+ years of experience from the life science industry. At KeyPlants, Ann-Catrin has a central role to ensure quality in the organization and in the projects. She leads a team of commissioning and qualification professionals who ensure successful qualitative project deliveries. Her careful attention to compliance and project execution brings value to our clients.

Mathias has over 20 years' experience in management of technology-related business involving products, solutions, projects and services. He has held multiple senior management positions in Siemens, being responsible for business and operations in Europe and EMEA, managing country organizations as well as cross-border clients and programs. With his solid experience from complex capital projects and services, Mathias provides strategic leadership at KeyPlants, driving the company's mission and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Kristina has over 30 years' experience in leadership roles in finance, IT, and marketing, bringing a wealth of expertise to KeyPlants. She has successfully led finance transformation, M&A processes, and commercial liability issues within the technical consulting and life science industry. As the leader of KeyPlants' finance and IT departments, Kristina leverages her strong financial acumen and strategic mindset to drive the company's financial success and stability.

Anna brings over 15 years of experience in the food industry, with leadership roles in quality and production. She has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, developing corporate strategies, and driving organizational growth. In 2019, she successfully transitioned to HR, leveraging her leadership and people development skills. Anna's unique blend of scientific knowledge and HR expertise makes her a valuable asset to the company, driving the development of KeyPlants' people and culture to achieve sustainable growth.

Sven has over 20 years of experience from the automotive industry, with leading roles as production manager and quality manager. In his role, he has managed projects for production optimization and personnel development, as well as the responsibility for introduction of a quality and environmental management systems. 
Sven has spent the last 15 years as site manager and CEO to produce modular projects for the life science and datacenter/power industry. He has built a documented track record in building and leading high-performing teams and drive organizational growth. His many years of knowledge to lead a production organization makes him an invaluable asset in the execution of our projects.

Kieran brings over two decades of automation expertise, specializing in the life science sector, and has experience working as both a client and an integrator. He is an accomplished automation leader with a strong industry reputation, having successfully delivered numerous large-scale automation projects. In his role as Managing Director of KeyPlants Automation AB, Kieran is focused on expanding the company's automation business, positioning it as a leading integrator, and providing essential automation support for KeyPlants' turn-key projects.

Peter has almost 30 years of experience in the life science industry, where of 20 years as manager in various positions. Peter has a background as automation engineer and project manager, but over past 15 years he has worked with building multidisciplinary engineering teams and sales of solutions and services.

As Managing Director of the office in Malmö, Peters main focus is to work with KeyPlants clients in Southern Sweden and Denmark.

Andrew has over 30 years of experience in life science operations and engineering.  Extensive experience in Global CapEx Project Management and Design with a focus on Rapid/LEAN delivery means and methods.   Andrew continues to drive positive transformation of the industries CapEx delivery model to support products that enhance and extend quality of life.
