Jörgen presents 30+ years of experience in capital projects, of which the last 20+ years as project director for international projects in the life science industry. He has been Managing Director at KeyPlants since the company was founded in 2010. 

Jörgen has unrivaled experience in the world when it comes to capital projects and off-site manufacturing. In addition, he has extensive experience working with engineering and construction management firms such as Jacobs, Fluor, Skanska etc. as well as local companies in a large part of the world.

Fredrik Enqvist

Manager – Front End Design
Since 2011

Experience 
Before Fredrik Eneqvist joined KeyPlants in 2011, he was with Pharmadule AB for 11 years, most recently as Front End Project Manager. During the past 24 years, he has led and worked in design projects for companies such as Merck, GSK Bio, Amgen, and Genentech. Fredrik’s main field of expertise is within process engineering and GMP-compliant facility design.

Kristina Godin, CFO for KeyPlants Group has more than 30 years of experience in leading roles within finance, I,T and marketing.  She has been responsible for finance transformation processes, business development processes, M&A processes, and commercial liability issues in Nordics within international groups in technical consulting, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries such as Atkins Ltd (part of SNC Lavalin Group), Boston Scientific, and McNeil (former Pharmacia & Upjohn).

Christian Krona

Experience
Christian Krona, Head of Procurement, with more than 15 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and operations management. He joined KeyPlants in August 2021. He always strives for a good and professional response. His goal is to get employees to understand the overall picture and set up responsible key figures for profitable and efficient purchasing processes. Before that Christian had several leading positions in the food industry and just recently, he was Head of Group Sourcing Unit at Lantmännen. He also brings expertise in cross-company management, sustainable sourcing and procurement, and years of experience from global indirect and direct sourcing projects.

Anna Brorsdotter, HR Manager, joined KeyPlants in 2022. She has more than 15 years of experience in the Food Industry and in leadership roles in Quality and Production. In 2019 she did a career shift, moving into HR, where she has continued to support the growth and development of people and teams. Having experience of more than 10 years of working in leadership teams, Anna brings the experience of building teams, developing organizations, and bringing business strategies to life.

David Lindholm

Experience
David Lindholm, Head of Sales, has more than 20 years of business development, account management and project management experience in the pharmaceutical and CDMO industries. He joined KeyPlants in May 2019. Before that, he was Director Business Development Europe for Patheon and continued as Director Business Development Europe for Thermo Fisher Scientific when it acquired Patheon. His experience includes such project management roles as drug development (Rx and OTC), commercial technology transfer and facility engineering. He has worked in global corporate environments, leading international teams and managing stakeholders across Europe, North America and Asia.
