The basic requirements for the position are:

  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience within the field, hereof 5 years as project manager.
  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Experience from industrial capital investment projects
  • Fluent in Swedish and English in speaking, writing and reading
  • Possibility to travel in shorter and longer periods. Our customers are mainly situated in southern Sweden and Denmark, but other trips occur.

Recognized merits:

  • Experience from regulated industries, e.g. GMP-manufacturing
  • Experience of hygienic process design
  • Any certification within project management, e.g. Prince2, IPMA, PMI.

Senior Automation Engineer - Malmö

About the job

As a Senior Automation Engineer you play a key role in our projects and the position requires a person who can act as subject matter expert with high and versatile technical automation and IT skills, in combination with good leadership capabilities.
You’re expected to be the driver of the automation and IT architecture together with our team and our customers and you must ensure that the system incl. documentation is in compliance with regulated standards, e.g. cGMP, and our customers specifications and expectations. Your daily tasks may include:

  • To work out the functional design of the production process together with our process designers
  • To work out other automation related design and test documents
  • Coding of PLC, HMI/SCADA and/or DCS-systems
  • Lead and execute FAT, SAT and qualification tests
  • Lead and execute on-site commissioning
  • Planning of the teams work and to follow up budgets and progress.
  • Act as support and mentor for more junior automation engineers
  • Support other engineering disciplines with specific know-how

The basic requirements for the position are:

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience within the field
  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical or industrial automation engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Experience from capital investment projects in the pharmaceutical and/or food industries
  • Knowledge of at least one of the major automation system provider platforms, e.g. ABB, Siemens, Emerson, Rockwell Automation
  • Spoken and written fluency in Swedish
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Possibility to travel for both shorter and longer periods. Our customers are mainly situated in southern Sweden and Denmark, but other trips occur.

Meritorious experiences:

  • Knowledge in batch automation systems (ISA-S88) and/or MES-systems (ISA-S95)

Senior CQV Engineers - Malmö

As Senior CQV Engineer you play a key role in leading Commissioning, Qualification and Validation activities in our projects. The position requires a person with high and versatile skills, in combination with good leadership capabilities. You’re expected to be the driver of quality related issues in our projects together with our team and our customers. You will work on the overall CQV documents and can also participate in the execution of CQV-related work.
As CQV-engineer you work either in our in-house projects or as a professional service in our client’s organisation.

About you

You have a degree in engineering and several years of experience from mainly the pharmaceutical or MedTech industries. Experience of the food industry is also relevant. You have knowledge of upstream, downstream and GMP utilities systems and processes. You’re also experienced in troubleshooting and providing technical and engineering solutions for GMP manufacturing operations and equipment in a biologics processing environment.
You feel confident in your profession and have a strong and proactive leadership style, yet without prestige, and you can motivate your team to reach agreed objectives. We believe you are structured as person and an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.  We expect you can act as mentor for more junior CQV-engineers and you can support other disciplines with specific know-how.

The basic requirements for the position are:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Biologics or similar highly regulated environment as part of an engineering, technical services or operations function You are proficient in cGMP and/or ISO 13485
  • You hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in chemical process- or microbiological engineering or have equivalent work experience
  • Spoken and written fluency in Swedish
  • Good spoken and written English

Meritorious:

  • Experience of standards and guidelines for the food industry, e.g. BRC.

Senior Process Engineer - Malmö

To our office in Malmö, we’re now looking for Senior Process Engineers.

About the job

As senior process engineer you play a key role in our projects and the position requires a person who can act as subject matter expert with high and versatile technical skill, in combination with good leadership capabilities.

You’re expected to be the driver of the architecture and design of the production process, together with our team and our customers, and you’re used to work in a project’s entire lifecycle, i.e. from conceptual design to commissioning and qualification. Your role includes the planning of the teams work and to, together with the project manager, follow up budgets and progress. Your daily tasks may also include:

  • Design of production processes to the pharmaceutical and/or food industries
  • Work out and/or review of P&IDs
  • Projecting/design of equipment and systems incl. review of others work, often in 3D
  • Specification of system incl. Selection of components, choice of material etc.
  • Specification of procurement documentation. You may also be responsible for the procurement within specific areas incl. the follow up of vendors and contractors
  • Installation supervision of piping, systems and equipment
  • Commissioning and qualification of installations, equipment and systems
  • Lead the work and our delivery within specified areas towards our customers and suppliers
  • Act as support and mentor for other automation engineers
  • Support other engineering discipline with specific know-how
