Position overview

KeyPlants is looking for a Talent & Development Lead to lead and develop HR activities in alignment with KeyPlants’ business goals and objectives. In this role, you will significantly contribute to the continued development of a thriving workplace that enhances organizational performance and fuels our continued growth. You will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining talent top talent.

The position will report to Head of HR and can be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational development and workforce planning: Ensure the organization is equipped with the right talent to meet our strategic objectives. 

  • Collaborating with managers and leaders, analyzing current and future workforce needs.

  • Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Employer Branding. Oversee recruitment and Onboarding processes, supporting managers to ensure a smooth process and that new employees are prepared for success from day one. Work proactively and build a candidate network to secure pipelines for critical roles.

  • Lead People Development initiatives that support continuous learning, for employees to grow and contribute effectively. Manage training and development programs, ensuring a relevant and compelling training offer.

  • Lead and promote employee engagement initiatives that support the organizational culture and key values, continuous learning and a diverse and inclusive workplace. 

  • Drive HR processes, ensuring they are seamlessly executed. Maintain and develop HR framework, HR policies and processes in accordance with business strategies and needs. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

  • Track and report HR KPIs to assess effectiveness and guide decision-making as well as supporting our sustainability objectives and responsibilities.

  • Lead and manage HR Projects, in line with the overall business, organizational needs and company values. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business/Management, or a related field

  • 5+ years of relevant HR generalist work experience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead talent and acquisition, performance management and employee engagement initiatives

  • Experience in tracking and evaluating 

  • An interest and drive to manage the operational day-to-day needs, but also has the capacity to manage the more strategic topics, requiring a holistic view

  • A strong ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the business

  • A curiosity to continuously learn and develop

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and in writing

  • Organizational skills: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records
