Project Planner

At KeyPlants, you will work with highly skilled people, providing services to a global customer base, ranging from emerging biotech to big pharma. Further, you will get a chance to combine your technical skills with the commercial perspective.
KeyPlants is looking for a Project Planner to oversee and manage the scheduling for one or several projects. The ideal candidate will bring experience from planning complex, large-scale construction projects.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the project schedules to ensure their accuracy and reliability. During project execution, you will lead internal construction meetings and client meetings, focusing on coordination and progress.
The position will report to Project Planning Manager and will be based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
• Project Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and maintain the Project Time Schedule and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project scope and contracts in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Schedule Reviews: Proactively lead schedule review meetings with team members to gather progress updates and adjust forecasts.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in project meetings and work closely with team members, clients, and contractors.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare comprehensive progress reports for the project manager, detailing overall project status, schedules, key milestones, and any potential issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience from planning EPC projects, ideally from pharma/biotech or similar process industry and from working in an international environment.
• Education: Relevant formal education (M.Sc. or B.Sc in Process, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar).
• Technical Skills: The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in MS Project and / or Privamera P6 as well as MS Office systems.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Autonomy and Leadership: Engaging and effective leader capable of driving momentum across multiple functions.
• Reliability and Accuracy: Structured and accurate, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills that enable you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups.
• Decision-Making: Strong execution skills with the ability to make timely decisions and overcome obstacles.
• Learning Agility: Curious and eager to learn new skills, software, and processes.
• Time Management: Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while effectively managing multiple tasks.
